Tension gauge sample

Make sure to check your own tension before starting to knit. Cast on 25 stitches, rep ; p 1 st, k 3 sts for 29 rows on needles 4 mm for a 10 x 10 cm sample. If tension measures too tight, change to a thicker needle. If tension measures too wide, change to a thinner needle.

Good to know

The sweater is knitted from one sleeve and over to the other one in a round. The sleeves are opened up from the armpits and knitted for front and back side for the shoulder. Shoulders are then divided for front and backside and opened up for the neckline, and connected together again for the shoulder on the other side, and then knitted in round again for the other sleeve. The neckline is knitted onto the neckline opening in a round. The neckline can be adjusted from turtle neckline and regular neckline opening, follow instructions and choose between those two variations.

Follow the charts for the chaotic cables and feel free to add on as may fit. The charts shown in the pattern are shown as guidelines, but also as inspirations to take your cable knitting to the next level.

Yarn quantity required is based on an average , and is therefore an approximate number. The sweater can be knitted in any yarn that consist of the same thickness as Organic merino DK, and the color combination is not set in stone.
