Good to know

The cardigan is knitted from the bottom to the top from right and wrong side .The body is knitted as three separate pieces and then joined together around hip area and knitted as one piece from there. The pockets are opened up by using the thumb method. The body is again divided to open up for the sleeves and knitted as three separat pieces; front and back side. The sleeves are knitted from the opening for armpits / or they can be knitted and crocheted on to the body.

The print is knitted with intarsia print work and the threads are twisted together from the wrong side of the cardigan. It’s recommended to print out the pattern and glue the prints together to keep the over- all size on the print together.

The quantity of yarn required is based on an average , and is therefore an approximate number. The cardigan can be knitted in any yarn that consist of the same thickness as Hip wool, and the color combination is not set in stone.
