Good to know
The dress, skirt and top are knitted from bottom up. The skirt and the dress start from right and wrong side with an increase and later joined in a round by the hip area and knitted in round from there. The dress and the top are divided up under the armpits for front and back side, and after that the style is knitted from right and wrong side, with decrease for the front and bavk side, depending og which version is knitted. The straps are knitted with the icord technique and stitched down on the backside with mattress stitch for the strapped version on the over part.
Follow the charts for the chaotic cables and feel free to add on as may fit. The charts shown in the pattern are shown as guidelines, but also as inspirations to take your cable knitting to the next level.
Yarn quantity required is based on an average , and is therefore an approximate number. The dress can be knitted in any yarn that consists of the same thickness as Fine organic merino// Mulberry silk.
